KulturAXE<\/b>\u00a0 was founded 1995 in Vienna following mutual art projects with Slovakia, which were initiated right after the political change 1989.<\/p>\n
KulturAXE<\/b>\u00a0 has realized a multitude of transnational cooperation projects in the fields of fine arts, new media and architecture. The promotion of a cultural exchange in Middle and Eastern European nations (CEE) forms the centre of the activities since the beginning. The aim is to foster intercultural communication, exchange and cooperation in mutual inspiration and equal reciprocity. For a culture of tolerance, leading to understanding, respect and recognition of the diversity and equality of cultural identities, as the foundation for a joint future.<\/p>\n
KulturAXE<\/b>\u00a0 further fosters its role as communication platform and intercultural interface, with a focus on development and realization of strategies for mobility and crossborder cooperation.<\/p>\n
